Final legal review pending
This page describes APVM's current, Founding Pilot-stage approach to your information. It is not a comprehensive, finalized legal privacy policy, and it has not yet completed final legal review.
What APVM Collects
APVM collects the account, property, and case information you provide in order to organize your property-tax protest workflow, along with basic technical information needed to operate the service.
How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used to provide the APVM service to you — organizing your property and case details, preparing your evidence, and communicating with you about your account. It is not used to determine your eligibility for anything beyond what you explicitly apply for.
Who Can See Your Information
Your property and case information is private to your account. It is not shared with other homeowners or made public.
Security
APVM takes reasonable steps to protect your information. No online service can promise your information is completely secure, and APVM does not claim otherwise.
Founding Pilot
During the Founding Pilot, feedback you submit in-app is used to improve APVM. It is handled the same way as your other account information.
Questions
