Terms of Use
Final legal review pending
These terms describe APVM's current, Founding Pilot-stage self-service posture. They are not finalized, attorney-reviewed binding terms of service.
What APVM Is
APVM is self-service software that helps you understand your property information and prepare your own property-tax protest. APVM is not a law firm, government agency, appraisal district, or property-tax consultant, and it does not represent you before any appraisal district.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the information APVM organizes for you and for deciding what, if anything, to submit to your appraisal district. APVM does not guarantee any outcome, including a reduced appraisal.
Your Account
Your account is for your own use in managing your own property and case information. Keep your account credentials secure.
Founding Pilot
Founding Pilot participation is offered on the specific terms presented to you when you join — see the Founding Pilot page for current details.
Changes
These terms may be updated as APVM's Founding Pilot progresses toward a finalized version.
